A Baloch fuel carrier was severely injured due to direct shooting by military forces in the border area of Roodak, Mirjaveh. According to the Balochistan Human Rights Group, this morning, without prior warning, military forces shot at a fuel carrier returning from the border, injuring one occupant in the lower back area. The injured fuel carrier, identified as 25-year-old Mohammad Ali Azarshah (Yar Mohammad Zehi), son of a Mosafer from Khash, was transferred to Khomeini Hospital in Khash for treatment. It’s worth mentioning that, according to annual reports, in 2023 alone, at least 321 fuel carriers were killed or injured in direct shootings by military forces, road accidents, shootings by unidentified armed individuals, floods, and wildfires.
