On Friday, November 10, 2023, military forces, according to reports, collided with a motorcyclist while he was traveling in Bampur. Subsequently, they detained him and opened fire in his direction.

The identity of this Baloch citizen is reported as “Ya’qub Dekali,” son of Jan Muhammad, hailing from the village of DehmÄ«r within the jurisdiction of the Bampur district.

According to this report, military personnel struck Ya’qub from behind with their vehicle, causing him to fall to the ground.

Following the motorcycle’s overturn and Ya’qub’s fall, the military forces shot in his direction and detained him. As of now, there is no information available on his current health status.

It should be noted that certain government-affiliated media outlets have referred to him as an “armed villain” based on statements from the commander of law enforcement in the Balochistan and Sistan Province, levying serious accusations against him.
