Important needs of flood-affected residents in Dashtiyari: Repairing residential homes and transportation routes
Due to flooding and heavy rain in the districts of Dashtiyari, Qasr-e Qand, Nikshahr, and Rask, hundreds of adobe and mud residential homes of Baloch citizens were destroyed.
The fundamental need in flood-affected areas is the repair of residential homes, transportation routes, and the construction of water retaining structures. Currently, women and children need hygiene items, heating supplies, and mineral water, which are provided intermittently and alleviate some of the financial burdens temporarily. However, to address this issue comprehensively, root solutions are necessary.
All philanthropists are requested to provide cash donations to trusted and reputable local individuals in Balochistan to allocate them towards the reconstruction of residential homes, repair, and communication routes.
It is reminded that cash and non-cash donations should not be provided to governmental agencies or individuals affiliated with the Islamic Republic under any circumstances.
