According to the Balochistan human rights group On July 5, 2023, a fuel tanker driver of Baloch ethnicity named Mustafa Bamri lost his life in a car accident and subsequent fire in Iranshahr. The incident occurred in the Shahdoraz area, located in the central part of Iranshahr County.
Mustafa Bamri, approximately 30 years old and the son of Ghasem, hailed from Delgan County. It is worth mentioning that fuel tanker driving is one of the few available jobs for many Baloch citizens in various parts of Balochistan due to the lack of suitable and sustainable employment opportunities. Unfortunately, this occupation exposes them to risks such as accidents, vehicle overturning, and direct shooting by military and security forces, threatening their lives.
