According to Balochistan Human Rights Group, today 30th May 2023, a Baloch prisoner was transferred to solitary confinement in Zabul prison to execute the death sentence.
The identity of Baloch prisoner “Amir Naroui (Shiranzahi)”, 46 years old, son of Khan Mohammad, married with six children and from Babaji village of Zahak city, has been confirmed.
Amir was arrested in 2018 on drug charges and was sentenced to death in Zabul Revolutionary Court, despite the fact that he had denied the charges accordingly.
His family had the last meeting with him today before his execution. It should be mentioned that at least 41 Baloch prisoners, including two women, have been executed in 13 prisons of the country since 29th April 2023,, until today, May 30th
