According to the Balochistan Human Rights Group, two Baloch citizens arrested by IRGC intelligence in Chabahar are still under pressure for forced confessions.
These two citizens with the identity of 25-year-old Mansour Hot, son of Kamal Khan, poet and writer of Balochistan, father of two children and Nizamuddin Hot, were arrested on September 28, 2022, after security forces raided their homes in Chabahar city.
It is said that the security forces entered the house without showing a court order and with a dog, and despite searching the house and hitting some family members with electric shocks, they also confiscated all their mobile phones and caused terror among children and women. .
Mansour and Nizamuddin, who are related to each other, were transferred to Chabahar prison from IRGC intelligence detention center on October 04th .
On October 15th , these two citizens were transferred from Chabahar prison to the IRGC intelligence detention center in Zahedan and were subjected to severe physical torture using the miracle bed method in order to force confessions, to the extent that the mentioned persons were excreting blood instead of urine.
In December, after about two months of beatings, torture and no contact or meeting with their families, the mentioned persons were transferred to Zahedan Central Prison and for the first time they were able to communicate with their families by phone.
Also, the judicial system did not allow the families of these detainees to hire a personal lawyer and asked them to choose among the captured lawyers to pursue their cases.
According to this report, due to the lack of adequate and convincing answers, the judicial system asked the families of these people to bring a local testimony from the trustees and the Chabahar city council, along with the signature of the city council, and they were informed that the accusations of Mansour and Nizamuddin are “corruption”. on earth” and “destruction of public property”. These two citizens are also under pressure in Zahedan Central Prison and are at risk of issuing heavy sentences.
