According to sources from Balochistan, Sepehr Shirani was active in organising demonstrations in Zahedan, making sure that the demonstrations were kept non-violent.
However, infiltrators from the regime have tried to derail the demonstrations and blame demonstrators for the violence. Sepehr Shirani was one of the people working hard not to let that happen, which angered the Revolutionary Guards and led to him being arrested and ultimately under torture.
