According to BHRG , in the early hours of Monday , April 8, 2024, following the chase of a fuel carrier’s vehicle by military forces on the Bam-Zahedan axis, which led to the vehicle overturning, one fuel carrier lost his life, and another was injured.
The deceased Baloch fuel carrier, Mustafa Kabdani, 28 years old, son of Omar, married with two children, and the injured fuel carrier, who was his apprentice and companion, Suleiman Kabdani, 25 years old, both residents of Zahedan, were identified.
According to the report, this incident occurred around 1:30 am on the Bam-Zahedan axis, near the city of Fahraj, after the chase and escape of the fuel carrier’s vehicle by military forces.
Following the pursuit and escape of this vehicle by the military and due to the loss of balance, the vehicle overturned, and Mustafa lost his life, while his apprentice and companion were severely injured and are now hospitalized at Pasteur Hospital in Bam.
It is worth mentioning that according to the annual collected report, in 2023, at least 321 fuel carriers were killed and injured in direct shootings by military forces, road accidents, shootings by unidentified armed individuals, floods, and fires.
