According to a report by the Balochistan Human Rights Group on Thursday March28 , 2024, officials from the Department of Natural Resources, with the assistance of military forces, raided the village of Khwaja Mask in Zahedan County and demolished residential homes of Baloch citizens. Dozens of natural resources officers, along with several military vehicles, reportedly stormed the village and demolished the homes of Baloch citizens. It is said that homes without occupants were destroyed by natural resources officers and military forces. Throughout the year 2023, various security and governmental entities of the Islamic Republic of Iran demolished and confiscated the lands of people in at least 21 cases in five cities in Baloch-populated areas. Most of these actions occurred in Chabahar with eight cases and Zahedan with seven cases.
