On Wednesday October 25, 2023, the execution verdict of a Baloch prisoner, Hayatullah Eidoozehi (Barahui), aged 30, son of Mohammad Gul, a resident of Zahedan, was carried out in Kerman Prison. He had previously been sentenced to death on drug-related charges.

According to this report, Hayatullah was detained in Kerman in 2018 on drug-related charges, despite no drugs being found in his possession. He contested the accusations in court but received a death sentence from the Revolutionary Court.
