On Friday, October 20,2023, security and military forces executed a pre-planned crackdown involving assaults, shootings, tear gas deployment, and widespread, indiscriminate arrests of Baloch citizens in Zahedan. Disturbing images depict military forces using batons to violently attack many children, inflicting severe injuries upon them.
It should be noted that some reports indicate the detention of hundreds of individuals in various areas of Zahedan, particularly in the streets leading to the mosque and Makki Mosque.
