According to Baluchistan Human Rights Group report, on the 16th of May 2023, two Baloch children named “Marwan Ebrahimi” and “Abdullah Ebrahimi” who, due to the water cut in the village, along with their mother, went to the Shekar Jangal river in Sarbaz city to wash their clothes. They were drowned.
It is said that these two children died after being transferred to the hospital.
According to this report, the water pump in Shukar Jangel has been broken for seventeen days and this village has no water, and the people of this village have gone to Rask city several times to solve this problem, but they have not received any response from the water and sewage authorities to solve this problem.
It should be noted that the village of Shekar Jangal is near the Sarbaz river and there is a water pump near this river, and when the water pump is broken, the village’s water supply is cut off.
