According to Balochistan Human Rights Group Shoaib Mirbaluchzahi  Rigi is an 18-years-old Baloch citizen from Zahedan. He was arrested at the same time as the anti-government protests in this city, which occurred in response to the Chabahar police chief’s assault on a 15-year-old Baloch girl.
This Baloch citizen was arrested by the forces of Zahedan Intelligence Department on October 15th, 2022, when he had left the house to get medicine, and was tortured for 14 days in the detention center of this organization to force a confession, and then he was transferred to Zahedan prison.
Shoaib Mirbaluchzahi was without a lawyer in Zahedan Revolutionary Court on charges of “corruption on earth” and sentenced to death. Despite the death sentence sent to this Baloch citizen in Zahedan prison, he is still under physical and mental torture in this prison.
