According to Balochistan Human Rights Group, today Morning , Monday, December 12, 2022, the death sentence of a Baloch prisoner was executed in Adel Abad prison in Shiraz due to charges related to drug crimes.
The identity of this Baloch prisoner has been stated as “Vahid Naravii” (Shirzahi), 31-year-old son of Sarwar Khan, unmarried, from Zahedan and a resident of Shiraz.
It is said that Vahid was arrested in Shiraz in 2018 on charges related to drug crimes and was sentenced to death by the revolutionary court of Shiraz.
According to this report, Vahid’s execution was carried out without informing and meeting with his family before the execution of the sentence.
The increase in the number of Baloch executioners in recent weeks has created concerns among the families of other prisoners and human rights activists.
