According to his relatives, he had no connection to the clashes in the area and was unarmed and simply passing through. Following clashes and an explosion along the route, security forces opened fire on him. He died from his gunshot wounds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">State media subsequently accused him of involvement in a roadside bombing that killed two military personnel.
