Two Baloch Citizens Killed and Another Arrested Following Security Forces\u2019 Shooting and Raid<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to the Balochistan Human Rights Group (BHRG), in two separate incidents on Saturday, 28 Shahrivar 1405 (19 September 2026), and Friday, 3 Mehr 1405 (25 September 2026), two Baloch citizens were killed following shootings and an armed raid by military and security forces in Jazmurian and Iranshahr, while another Baloch citizen was arrested.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the first incident, on Saturday, 28 Shahrivar 1405 (19 September 2026), a young Baloch citizen was shot and killed by forces affiliated with the military and the Intelligence Department in Pang village, in Jazmurian County.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The victim has been identified as Isa Hot-Jalali (Sabeqi), approximately 23 years old, son of Mirjan, and a resident of Chah-Kichi village in Delgan County.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to sources, the incident occurred around sunset after military and security forces entered Pang village. Isa Hot-Jalali was shot and died from his injuries. The exact reason for the security forces\u2019 shooting remains unknown at the time of publication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In a separate incident, on Friday, 3 Mehr 1405 (25 September 2026), a raid by security forces on a residential house in Sarkahoran village, Iranshahr County, led to an approximately 20-minute armed confrontation. One Baloch citizen was killed and another was arrested.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The deceased has been identified as Obeid Zardkouhi, approximately 28 years old, son of Aman-Bakhsh, married, and a resident of Sarkahoran village in Iranshahr. The arrested citizen has been identified as Jassem Jamali, approximately 28 years old, son of Heybatan, married and a father, and a resident of Gornag village. Their identities have been verified by the Balochistan Human Rights Group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to sources, security forces raided Obeid\u2019s home in Sarkahoran village, following which an armed confrontation broke out between the two sides. Obeid was shot and killed during the incident. Three other people were reportedly inside the house at the time of the confrontation and managed to leave the area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jassem Jamali later returned to the village to retrieve a vehicle, where he was arrested by security forces and transferred to an unknown location.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sources have also reported that a military personnel was killed during the confrontation. However, this claim has not been confirmed by security officials, and no official statement has been issued regarding it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As of the time of publication, further details about the reason for the security forces\u2019 raid on the residential house, the circumstances of the confrontation, and the reason for the shooting in Pang village remain unknown.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to documentation collected in 2025, direct shootings, home raids, landmine explosions, and assaults by military and security forces affected at least 173 people in Balochistan. Of these, 107 were killed and 66 were injured.
