One of the prisoners, Abdolghafour Shahouzehi, 40 years old and a resident of the village of Islamabad in Zabol, had been previously sentenced to death and was transferred to solitary confinement the day before.\n\n\n\n    He was arrested in 2019 along with two others, one of whom was sentenced to 15 years in prison. Abdolghafour had repeatedly denied the charges in court, but his execution was carried out without a final meeting with his family.
