{"id":2599,"date":"2023-11-28T09:58:39","date_gmt":"2023-11-28T09:58:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bhrg.info\/en\/?p=2599"},"modified":"2023-11-28T09:58:40","modified_gmt":"2023-11-28T09:58:40","slug":"transfer-of-two-detainees-from-the-intelligence-detention-center-to-ward-9-of-zahedan-central-prison","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bhrg.info\/en\/transfer-of-two-detainees-from-the-intelligence-detention-center-to-ward-9-of-zahedan-central-prison\/","title":{"rendered":"Transfer of Two Detainees from the Intelligence Detention Center to Ward 9 of Zahedan Central Prison"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>According to Balochistan Human Rights Group on November 27, 2023, &#8220;Hamidullah Farouqi (Mollazahi)&#8221; and &#8220;Mehdi Khodashenas&#8221; have been transferred from the detention center of the Intelligence Agency to the Zahedan Central Prison and Ward 9 (Political) of this prison.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hamidullah Farouqi (Mollazahi), along with his father, &#8220;Abdul Salam Farouqi,&#8221; was arrested near Zahedan Terminal by security forces after being beaten and injured. On November 18, Abdul Salam was transferred from the detention center of the Intelligence Agency to Ward 9 (Political) of Zahedan Central Prison after 55 days of detention.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It should be noted that on November 15, 2023, government-affiliated media and videos linked to the Revolutionary Guards broadcasted forced confessions of Abdul Salam, his son, and another detained prisoner named &#8220;Mehdi Khodashenas&#8221; regarding the seizure of a Starlink shipment allegedly belonging to the office of Mullah Abdul Hamid, the Friday Prayer Imam of Zahedan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is worth mentioning that &#8220;Abdul Salam Farouqi,&#8221; along with &#8220;Abdul Nasir Shahbakhsh,&#8221; &#8220;Osama Shahbakhsh,&#8221; and &#8220;Mohammad Naghshbandi,&#8221; along with another prisoner, were transferred from the detention center of the Intelligence Agency to Ward 9 (Political) of Zanedan Central Prison on November 18.
