{"id":2552,"date":"2023-11-14T11:20:52","date_gmt":"2023-11-14T11:20:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bhrg.info\/en\/?p=2552"},"modified":"2023-11-14T11:20:52","modified_gmt":"2023-11-14T11:20:52","slug":"execution-of-zarkhatun-mazarzehi-unfair-trial-and-sentencing","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bhrg.info\/en\/execution-of-zarkhatun-mazarzehi-unfair-trial-and-sentencing\/","title":{"rendered":"Execution of Zarkhatun Mazarzehi: Unfair Trial and Sentencing"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>On Monday,November 13, 2023 \u201cZarkhatun Mazarzehi,\u201d a Baloch female prisoner previously sentenced to execution on charges related to narcotics, was transferred to an isolated cell in Kerman Prison for the execution of her sentence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Born in 1977, a former resident of Saravan and later a resident of Khosh County, Zarkhatun was married with a daughter and was the head of her household as her husband had previously passed away.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mrs. Mazarzehi was detained on December 30, 2017, at the \u201cGhaleh Zangi\u201d inspection point in Rayen, Kerman Province, while intending to travel to Shiraz by bus.
