{"id":1468,"date":"2022-12-19T19:08:10","date_gmt":"2022-12-19T19:08:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bhrg.info\/en\/?p=1468"},"modified":"2022-12-19T19:08:30","modified_gmt":"2022-12-19T19:08:30","slug":"sentence-of-9-months-imprisonment-and-148-lashes-for-two-baloch-girls-in-zahedan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bhrg.info\/en\/sentence-of-9-months-imprisonment-and-148-lashes-for-two-baloch-girls-in-zahedan\/","title":{"rendered":"Sentence of 9 months imprisonment and 148 lashes for two Baloch girls in Zahedan"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>According to Balochistan Human Rights Group, today, Monday, December 19, 2022, the Zahedan Revolutionary Court issued a sentence of 9 months imprisonment and 148 lashes for two detained Baloch girls.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/bhrg.info\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/woman-right.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1469\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The identity of these two Baloch girls has been stated as &#8220;Sara Baloch&#8221; and &#8220;Fateme Baloch Kari&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These two Baloch girls were arrested by military forces in Chabahar on September 26, 2022 and were released on bail after 15 and 18 days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to this report, Sara was sentenced for 6 months in prison and 74 lashes and Fatemeh was sentenced for 3 months in prison and 74 lashes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These two Baloch girls have been charged with &#8220;propaganda against the regime&#8221; and they are awaiting the verdict on the charge of &#8220;disrupting public order and security.
