{"id":1397,"date":"2022-12-07T22:17:00","date_gmt":"2022-12-07T22:17:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bhrg.info\/en\/?p=1397"},"modified":"2022-12-15T21:23:13","modified_gmt":"2022-12-15T21:23:13","slug":"arrest-and-no-news-of-a-baloch-citizen-after-68-days-in-zahedan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bhrg.info\/en\/arrest-and-no-news-of-a-baloch-citizen-after-68-days-in-zahedan\/","title":{"rendered":"Arrest and no news of a Baloch citizen after 68 days in Zahedan"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>According to Balochistan Human Rights Group, the arrest and lack of information about the condition of a Baloch citizen who was arrested on the evening of September &nbsp;30<sup>th<\/sup> , 2022, by uninformed forces in Zahedan city, has caused concern for his family.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/bhrg.info\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/Aref-Gorgij.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1398\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The identity of this Baloch citizen &#8220;Arif Gorgij&#8221;, 29 years old, son of Nurullah from Shirabad area of \u200b\u200bZahedan city, has been ascertained by the Balochistan Human Rights Group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>An informed source said: More than sixty-eight days have passed since Aref&#8217;s arrest, not only has he not met his family, but he has not been able to make any contact with his family.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-preformatted\">This source added: Despite repeated follow-ups, his family has not received an answer either from the judicial system or from the security agencies.<\/pre>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-preformatted\">&nbsp;<\/pre>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-preformatted\">It should be mentioned that Aref was one of the security forces in Makki Mosque who helped the injured people of the Bloody Friday.<\/pre>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-preformatted\">&nbsp;<\/pre>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-preformatted\">According to this report, he was arrested &nbsp;an hours after the killing of the prayers by the security and military forces on University Street.<\/pre>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-preformatted\">&nbsp;<\/pre>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-preformatted\">It should be noted that after the massacre of people praying in Zahedan on September 30<sup>th<\/sup> , 2022 and the massive public protests, the security agencies have arrested hundreds of Baloch citizens.
