According to the Balochistan Human Rights Group, on the afternoon of Saturday, July 5, 2025, a Baloch citizen in Chah-Kichi village, a suburb of Dalgan county, was killed by direct gunfire from intelligence agency forces. The citizen, identified as Dadabbas Sabaghi (Ashouri), was 40 years old, son of Mahim, married, and a father, as well as a native resident of the village.

While he was near the village’s agricultural water pump, a vehicle carrying armed intelligence agency personnel attacked him without prior warning and fired more than ten bullets at him, resulting in his immediate death at the scene.

According to the report, after the incident, security forces attempted to remove the citizen’s body from the scene but faced strong resistance from the village residents. The locals stood their ground, preventing the agents from taking the body away.

As of the time of this report, the responsible authorities have provided no explanation regarding the reason for the shooting or any potential charges against the citizen, and the inquiries made by his relatives have remained unanswered.

The brutal killing of Dadabbas Sabaghi is just one of dozens of similar cases in Balochistan, where Baloch citizens are killed without any judicial process, solely by direct gunfire from security forces—a practice that is not only contrary to human and legal principles but also clearly indicative of the discriminatory policies of the regime toward the Baloch nation.
