According to a report by the Balochistan Human Rights Group on the evening of Thursday, Khordad 29, 1404 (June 18, 2025), plainclothes narcotics officers shot at a Peugeot Pars car after a chase, resulting in the injury of a pedestrian woman.
The identity of this Baloch citizen has been confirmed by Rasank as “Hasanieh Kalkali,” 41 years old, daughter of Shahdust, a resident of Iranshahr.
It is said that on Thursday evening at 10 PM, anti-narcotics forces fired at the Peugeot Pars car, leading to the injury of Ms. Kalkali.
The bullet hit Ms. Kalkali’s kidney and also caused damage to her lungs.
According to the report, the military forces left the scene after targeting the car’s occupants and went to the hospital an hour later, leaving without any explanation.
The family of this Baloch woman has filed a complaint at the Iranshahr Prosecutor’s Office, demanding the involvement of relevant authorities and the punishment of those responsible for the shooting.
