According to the Balochistan Human Rights Group, on the early mornings of Tuesday, June 10, and Wednesday, June 11, 2025, during a violent raid by the Islamic Republic of Iran’s military forces on Kargan Port in Minab County, dozens of military vehicles, accompanied by cranes and excavators, entered the area. Creating an atmosphere of fear and terror, they proceeded to demolish the walls of homes, houses under construction, and set fire to the property of Baloch citizens. These actions were carried out without presenting any legal warrant or prior notice and were met with resistance from local residents.

According to BHRG sources, the majority of the demolished homes belonged to Baloch citizens. The military forces, numbering over three hundred and arriving in dozens of vehicles under the cover of darkness, were also transported by several minibuses in addition to military vehicles.

It is reported that these violent raids, which continued for hours after sunrise, targeted many houses under construction and the four-walled enclosures of residents, resulting in an atmosphere of fear and terror in the area.

The lack of prior warning or issuance of a judicial order for the demolition of these properties indicates the harsh and arbitrary treatment of the Baluch people by government institutions. These actions, in addition to causing extensive financial damage, have led to widespread distrust and deep dissatisfaction among the residents of the Giyavan Zamin region of Balochistan.
