According to the Balochistan Human Rights Group, on Saturday, March 29, 2025, Mobin Kahrazahi, a young Baloch boxer, won the golden belt of the World Boxing Federation (WBF) in the European professional boxing championships.

Mobin Kahrazahi, who had lived in Zahedan for years, was forced to leave Iran due to official neglect and the lack of sports support and infrastructure. He has been living in Europe as a refugee for the past seven years. With immense effort and dedication, he pursued a professional boxing career and has now managed to shine in a prestigious European championship.

At the end of the match, the WBF golden belt, with its symbolic global design, was fastened around his waist—an achievement that was met with warm and proud celebrations from his supporters, fans, and the Baloch community both inside and outside Balochistan.

Mobin Kahrazahi’s victory once again highlights that Baloch sports talents can excel on the global stage if given the right support. However, deprivation, discrimination, and the lack of necessary infrastructure in Balochistan have led to the suppression of many such talents or forced them to migrate in search of opportunities.
