According to the Balochistan Human Rights Group, on January 4, 2025, a Baloch citizen in the city of Konarak was targeted by an unknown armed individual and lost his life due to the severity of his injuries.
The identity of the victim has been confirmed as Ebrahim Moulazehi, approximately 19 years old, the eldest son, and a resident of Konarak.
According to the report, in the late afternoon, an armed individual directly shot Ebrahim with a firearm in the Nazarabad area of Konarak, causing his death due to a bullet wound.
As of the time of this report, no information is available about the identity or motives of the assailant.
Based on collected data in 2023, at least 192 Baloch citizens were attacked by unknown assailants. Among them, 150 were killed and 42 injured. These include at least five children and four women.
