Today, September 21, 2024, “Mohammad Sasouli,” a 16-year-old from the border village of Sasouli in Hirmand, was critically injured by direct gunfire from military forces without prior warning. He was shot in the heart and is currently in a coma in critical condition at Zabol hospital.
Reports indicate that in 2023, shootings by military forces resulted in the death or injury of at least 120 Baloch citizens, including 9 children and 3 women.
