The identities of these three individuals are: Imran Balochzehi (14 years old), his brother Rahman Balochzehi (16 years old), and Basit Balochzehi (15 years old). All three are residents of the village of Modgali, in the Bamposht district of Saravan County.

The lack of job opportunities in Sistan and Balochistan has forced some Baloch citizens to turn to fuel smuggling as their only means of livelihood, putting them at risk of life-threatening dangers.
