According to the Balochistan Human Rights Group, Today Thursday, May 23, 2024, a 20-year-old Baloch citizen named Saad Dinarzehi, who was arrested on April 21, 2024, following a raid by IRGC intelligence forces on the village of Getan in Minan district, Sarbaz County, remains in detention and uncertain status over 30 days later.
It is reported that during the raid, conducted with dozens of vehicles and various military weapons, three other citizens were arrested along with Saad: Zarin Dinarzehi (24), Mansour Dinarzehi (28), both sons of Abdolsamad and Saad’s brothers, residents of Kahir Patan village in Rask County, and Abdolvahab Dinarzehi, the uncle of the three.
According to the report, Zarin, Mansour, and Abdolvahab were released from Zahedan Central Prison on Monday, May 20, 2024, after 28 days, but Saad remains in detention with his family concerned about his health.
These individuals were violently arrested by security forces despite Saad being a farmer and shepherd, and Mansour and Zarin being fuel carrier, with no information available on the charges or reasons for their arrest at the time of the report.
