According to the Balochistan Human Rights Group’s report, in the early hours of today, December 16, 2023, the execution order of a Baloch prisoner, who had been transferred to solitary confinement in Iranshahr Prison two days ago for execution, was carried out in this prison.
The identity of this Baloch prisoner is “Mohsen Salarzehi,” a 26-year-old married man from Zahedan.
Per this report, Mohsen was arrested in Iranshahr about two years ago on charges related to narcotics and was sentenced to execution by the court in that city.
It’s been mentioned that his family had their last visit with their son yesterday.
