According to the Balochistan Human Rights Group, a conference on human rights issues and the policies of the Islamic Republic of Iran was held in London today, Saturday, December 9, 2023. The fifty-second conference of the Iranian Researchers Association coincided with the seventy-fifth anniversary of the United Nations Human Rights Day under the theme of “Human Dignity, Freedom, and Justice for All.” The conference was attended by the Special Rapporteur on Human Rights in Iran, as well as several human rights and political activists from the Baloch community.

During this one-day conference, representatives of the Balochistan Human Rights Group were also present and, in addition to presenting statistics on human rights violations in Balochistan by the Islamic Republic of Iran, delivered speeches. They emphasized the events of the past year, which have been indicative of systematic discrimination and relentless and boundless violence by government forces against the Baloch people, addressing various issues and problems in Balochistan.
