On Monday , October 6, 2023, at least one Baloch prisoner was executed in Isfahan Prison as ordered by judicial authorities. The identity of this Baloch individual is stated as „Hamed Barahavi,“ a 37-year-old, son of Salman, married, and a father of four children from Zahedan.
According to the report, Hamed was arrested in 2019 in Isfahan city on charges related to drug-related offenses and was sentenced to death by the Revolutionary Court of that city in 2020.
Hamed was transferred to solitary confinement for the execution on Saturday and had a final in-person meeting with his family on Sunday.
