Execution of a Baloch Prisoner in Isfahan Prison

According to BHRG, on the morning of October 16, 2023, a Baloch citizen imprisoned in Isfahan was executed by judicial authorities and the prison officials.

The identity of this Baloch citizen, “Ali Barzang (Chaman),” approximately 41 years old, married, father of seven children, hailing from Narmashir and residing in the Rigān County of the Rudbar-e Zamin region in Balochistan, has been reported.

As per the report, Ali was detained in Isfahan in 2019 on drug-related charges. After several years of imprisonment, he was sentenced to execution by the Revolutionary Court of Isfahan.

It’s worth noting that the body of the prisoner has been handed over to his family, and it is planned to be laid to rest in the Rigān County

after transportation.
