According to Balochistan human rights group from yesterday, July 5, 2023, the media outlets of the Islamic Republic of Iran have published fake and untrue news about the arrest of Hussein Souri, the former president of the Iranian Boxing Federation.
These media outlets have continued their campaign of spreading lies without providing any specific details, claiming that Mr.Souri has been arrested in Karachi, Pakistan.
The Iranian state-run news agencies, who have completely lost their audience’s trust, have been trying to pressure families and the public by spreading similar news in recent months.
It is worth noting that Hussein Souri, after criticizing the Islamic Republic for the massacre of people during a bloody Friday in Zahedan, came under severe pressure from security institutions, including the Sepah Intelligence and the Ministry of Intelligence, and was forced to migrate to one of the European countries.
