
According to Baluchistan Human Rights Group, today, Saturday, May 06th , 2023, Habib Esiyod, an opposition leader of the regime of the Islamic Republic of Iran, who was a Swedish citizen, was executed.
Habib Farajullah Chaab known as “Habib Esiyod” was the former leader of “Jonbash al-Nidal” from the opposition groups of the Iranian government, who faced accusations such as “corruption in the land” through the formation and management of the “Nidal” movement, as well as “destroying public property with the intention of confronting the regime”.
50-year-old Habib Esiyod was kidnapped in October 2020 during his trip to Turkey and taken to Iran.
Habib Esioud’s trial was held in eight sessions, including “five sessions in 2021 and three sessions in 2022”, while he did not have access to a fair trial and a lawyer.
He was sentenced to death on March 12th , 2023.
It should be noted that the Islamic Republic kidnaps dual citizens to put pressure on Western governments and exchange its prisoners in these countries. According to reports, the security agents had kidnapped Asiod with the help of an international smuggling group.
Balochistan Human Rights Group(BHRG) , condemn the kidnapping and execution of the opposition leaders and demand the release of all those arrested.
BHRG appeal to international human right organizations, democratic countries is to put pressures on the Iranian Islamic regime to stop unlawful arrests and executions.
BHRG appeal to United Nation, international communities and human rights organizations to act against the human rights violation in Iran.
